Blueprint Apartments

This prime site in Balham was acquired from printing company. The scheme was designed by award-winning Munkenbeck and Marshall Architects. The scheme for 48 apartments using exciting materials including pre-patinated copper, hardwood and stock brick, in a landscaped environment proved to be extremely popular and was nominated for an RIBA award. Affordable housing was delivered by Threshold Housing Association.
